Craft Landscaping is a Canadian landscaping company, and this was my second project with them. That matters. A client coming back for round two means round one held up. This time the brief was bigger: 10 updated posts, 10 brand-new designs, and 10 revisions on previous work, all created with new assets and delivered in a fully organized setup.
Thirty deliverables. One clear goal. Create clean, professional, scroll-stopping Instagram content that puts the brand’s visuals front and center.
The constraint that shaped everything
The client gave me one piece of feedback that defined the entire project: the shapes and design elements must not overpower the actual media. In other words, the landscaping work itself is the hero. The design’s job is to frame it, not compete with it.
I took that seriously. It is tempting as a designer to show off, to add flourishes that prove you were there. But restraint is the harder skill. I redesigned everything so the core content, the finished projects and real transformations, stayed dominant, while the aesthetic stayed strong and unmistakably on brand. Every layout decision answered one question: does this make the work look better, or does it make the design look busier?
How delivery was organized
Volume projects fall apart without organization, so everything was delivered in a well-structured Google Drive folder containing:
- Updated and new visuals, clearly separated and labeled
- SEO-optimized captions for every post, written to help the content get discovered
- Source files, so the client’s team can adapt designs later without starting over
- A Google Slides preview for easy review, so feedback could happen fast without digging through folders
The client was juggling internal reviews and planning throughout, which slows most projects down. What kept this one moving was patience, consistent follow-ups, and proactive communication. I never let the project go quiet waiting on someone else.
The result
A complete, organized content library the client could publish from immediately, with every design respecting the one rule that mattered: the work shines, the design supports. And a client relationship that has now survived two full project cycles, which is the real outcome.
What service businesses should take from this
If your business is visual, meaning landscaping, construction, interior design, automotive, your social media has one job: make the work look undeniable. Fancy design that buries the actual work is worse than no design at all. Build your content around the proof, and let the branding frame it quietly.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer revisions on design projects?
Yes. This project included 10 full revisions alongside new designs. I work until the client is satisfied with the final result, and structured previews make the revision process fast.
Will I get the source files?
Yes. Every design project is delivered with source files included, so you or your team can adapt the designs in the future.
Do you write captions too?
Yes. Every post comes with an SEO-optimized caption written for discovery and engagement, not just a description of the image.
Can you handle high-volume design work?
This project delivered 30 items in one engagement. If you need volume without losing quality, tell me about your project. Current packages are on the pricing page.
