Mehrunisa V Lub U – All about change but you can’t watch with your family!

A film that release on Eid, would it really become super hit?

Mehrunisa V Lub U is all set to release today (Eid-ul-Fitr) across nationwide, and you can watch it at your nearest cinema. But before watching the film, don’t forget to read this blog post!

Recently a premiere of Mehrunisa V Lub was held at Neuplex Cinema, Karachi. An event was attended by many socialites, celebrities, models, bloggers press, and media, along with the entire cast of the film.

 

Ali (Danish Taimoor – Leading Actor) who just reaches at Karachi after completing his education from China. The entire mohalla (society) is busy in celebration and welcoming him. Then he becomes distributing gifts among not only his family members but also people of mohalla. After that the story starts about the searching a girl for Ali, and yes Javaid sheikh (Ali’s Father) finds a childhood pic of Ali’s friend from his wallet. Then what? Sheikh Sahib calls girls’ father, and on hurry the entire family goes to Northern areas of Pakistan, where girl lives.

Mehru (Sana Javaid – Leading Actress) is busy in dreaming, and this is the moment when the first song of the film comes “Tu Hi Tu.” Then everything rushes, and finally Ali marry to Mehru, and bring her to Karachi.

Mehru seems so disturbed with the loudness, pollution, noisy environment, and rush life of Karachi, because she had lived so calm life in northern areas. So, this sudden change has obviously to disturb her.

Marzee G (Nayyar Ejaz – Transgender Villain) who wants ruling on the Jordan Mohalla. Because he follows commands of politician Malik Sahib (Shah G), and in near future the worth of that society has to touch the sky.

To see this disturbance of Mehru, they concern doctor, and the doctor suggests Ali to bring his wife back to northern area for some relaxation. So, that’s the moment when Ali decides to change the entire mohalla for the sake of Mehru.

 

So, the whole story revolves around mohalla, change, Marzee G, and of course Ali and Mehru, and the entire message of the film is about revolution. Although it’s the second movie of director Yasir Nawaz, he must have learn from the mistakes. But unfortunately he couldn’t.

If message of the film is strong so the direction and DOP was not as strong as it should be. The tempo of the film is up and down. The comedy is very third class, although it would definitely capture the hearts of local public, afterward they are their target audience. Film cannot be watched with the family, because of few bold scenes and third class vulgar comedy.

Here I’m sharing few of the dialogue,

Father to son, “Iss bachay ko mouka mila to pura ghar bacho sy bher de ga”

Girl asking to boy, “Mere ye L laga dogay?”

 

These are just 2 dialogues from the film, you’ll find many others related to it. So, now you can imagine which kind of dialogues has been used in the film.

If Danish has too many dialogues from start to end, so on the other hand Sana has nothing to say or maybe she has been given few dialogues, as it was her debut film.

The Sahir Lodhi Show – Spreading Happiness!

It’s not a game of TRPs, it’s a game of happiness. In the holy month of Ramadan, spreading happiness should be the first duty of every individual, owner of a company, media, and so on.

Among so many TV channels that are trying their best to spread happiness in the month of blessings, TV One is one of them. Since the start of Ramadan, TV One has broadcasted its Ramadan Transmission with the name “Ishq Ramazan” which has successfully captured the hearts of many audience, and “The Sahir Lodhi Show (TSLS)” is one of the part of this Ramadan transmission.

I was recently invited by TV One to cover their game show TSLS. The show started with the dabanng entry of Sahir Lodhi, then he invited captains (guests) on stage to introduce them. The captains of the day were Waji and Wali.

There were so many giveaways, big prizes including cars, bikes among many others, and most important there were so many Umrah tickets to distribute among audience, and this Ramadan Transmission is the only transmission of Pakistan that distributes more than 50 Umrah tickets every day.

The games were so simple, easy, and entertaining. If one game was eating Gol-Gapaas, so the other was armed wrestling among women. Eating cakes, washing dishes, and jumping were few of the games among many others. Whenever Sahir ask to audience who will come for this game, so that’s the moment when the sound of speakers become meaningless because of excitement and high level energy of audience.

The last segment of TSLS was the segment when heart beats became fast, because it was all about fortune. In this segment the participant has to open the boxes as much as possible with the given keys in 1 minute. Cars, bikes, and so many big prizes were there in each box. So, out of the 5 participants only 4 could open the boxes and became successful to win the prizes including bikes, Umrah tickets, gold, and many others.

Well, that’s all from game show. Now I’m going to share the most important thing about Sahir Lodhi. Sahir Lodhi is consider as controversial figure. I along with other 3 invited bloggers had personal session with Sahir Lodhi. I didn’t even imagine that how down to earth he would be? He is so down to earth person, and a patriotic Pakistani. After the incident of girl (Watch in Video), people started calling him anti-Pakistan, and used abusive language for him, even he received threats. He’s very talented Host/RJ/Actor, and can easily get job at any of the country of the world. But he want to serve Pakistani.

 

We know Sahir Lodhi on camera, but behind the camera he’s entirely different. His 80% income goes to charity work. He has also opened a clinic at Surjani Town, where patients get free treatment, and now in the coming years he’s going to open hospital. And every day after the show, more than 250 people gather at backstage for free medical facilities. So, this is the real face of Sahir Lodhi! How a person can be anti-Pakistani who serve for Pakistan?

In the end, I would like to say 1 thing that don’t judge anyone before personally meeting him!

Launching event of Infinix S2!

Infinix Mobility held an event and launched its second phone of S-series named Infinix S2, on 14th April, at National Sailing Centre, Karachi. Media and PR of the event was managed by Kolachi Events.

The CEO of Infinix Mobilty, addressed the gathering, and tried to speak in Urdu, but he got failed. Well, while addressing, he told the features and specifications of S2 smartphone, and said that S2 having dual cameras in front, one for selfie and other for wide angle selfie (Wefie). He also shared the importance of selfie in this era, not only for youth but also among for all.

The event was attended by socialites, youth, university students, bloggers, and media among others. From start to end, the event was full of fun, and lots of excitement. The youth of the Karachi was going crazy after every performance by DJs, and Lahore based band SomeWhatSuper made the night, the moment Sibbi boy came on stage and sung his super hit song “Kadhen Milanda Seen.” the energy level of the youth reached at its peak, and the crowd became uncontrollable.

The event ended at the lucky draw section, in which names of 5 lucky winners were announced that will get Infinix S2 after crossing the stage of formalities.

“English is Everything,” Saba Qamar’s Bollywood debut Hindi Medium!

The official trailer of upcoming Bollywood film “Hindi Medium” is out now. The film is directed by Saket Chaudhary, and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Dinesh Vijan, under the production of Maddock Film Production.

Its Bollywood debut of talented and ravishing Pakistani Saba Qamar. She’s playing lead opposite Irrfan Khan.

The story is based on true events and revolves around the parents (Irrfan Khan & Saba Qamar) of Prya, who want their daughter’s admission in Hi-Fi school, because they think if piya will study in government school so couldn’t speak English, and society won’t accept her. So finally they go to a private school for the admission of their daughter, and after looking at the building of School they comment that is it 5-star hotel or school?

Then the climax occurs, and the story becomes change with the dialogue,
There is no English language in this country, there is a class! And to enter in this class, there is no other way except to study in Hi-Fi school.”

The trailer shows that the film have a roller coaster of comedy along with strong message that director want to convey.

I must say, I’m super excited for film because the story has really touched the heart, looking forward for its release on 12th May 2017, across world.

Quaker Oats Hosted A Brunch To Promote A Healthy Lifestyle & for a Good Start To The Day!

Everyone wants to live a healthy lifestyle, and for that perfect diet and nutrition are very important and is also important to start a good day. But when it comes to health then the question arises whether the breakfast we are taking is it healthier or not?
