HSY Launched his Karachi Flagship Store

Pakistan’s biggest fashion force, Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), launched his Karachi retail flagship on 13th May, at the Dolmen Mall in Clifton.

While talking about the launch Hassan Sheheryar Yasin said,

“As we expand our ready to wear lines at HSY across formal, semi-formal and every day wear, Karachi is a natural market for us and we are delighted to be opening at the city’s most popular mall. Indeed the aim of the store is to make the HSY brand more accessible to our customers in Sindh as is the case of the Punjab, where they will be able to buy our new collections immediately after their runway showcase. I have been spending a lot of time in Karachi throughout the last year with the filming on my television show and the opening of the HSY mansion and have found the city’s retail spirit to be thriving. Also, as our brand becomes more aligned with the stars of film and television as a natural course, Karachi as the hub of media makes a lot of sense to us. Karachi, get ready for HSY!”

The new store was furnished with interior pieces crafted by the artisans at YOCA. The event was managed by J&S with Public Relations by Lotus.

The three different lines will share HSY, HSY Ltd PKR 7000 line which started in cotton and silk tunics for women working retail, featuring ready-to-wear formals light line luxury PKR PKR 25,000 and 50,000 starting from the top wear price.

The 12th addition of Pakistan’s biggest bridal spectacular week, “Telenor Bridal Couture Week” is going to be held from May 6 to May 8 in the city of lights, Karachi.

Telenor Bridal Couture Week was pioneered by HUM Network five years ago with the objective of promoting Pakistan’s bridal industry.

First Look Of Upcoming Romantic Comedy Film “Lahore Se Aagey”

“Lahore Se Aagey” is an upcoming Pakistani romantic comedy film, which is directed by Wajahat Rauf and written by Yasir Hussain and it will release under joint production of ARY Films and Showcase Films.

The film is a sequel of 2015 comedy film “Karachi Se Lahore.”

Yasir Hussain (who is well known for Moti from the film “Karachi Se Lahore”) and Saba Qamar will play the leading role in the film.

While Behroz Sabzwari, Rubina Ashraf, Abdullah Farhatullah, and Omer Sultan will play the supporting role in the film.

While talking about the film, director Wajahat Rauf said,

“The film will start from where it ended the last time. It is a journey based in Punjab as well as the Northern areas of Pakistan. The genre is similar to the first part as this one is also a comedy but it is going to be bigger and better; it will be high on energy.”

Behind featuring Yasir Hussain as a leading character, director Wajatat Rauf revealed,

“Following the release of Karachi Se Lahore, Moti became a tremendous hit amongst the audiences, so Yasir and I decided to make a separate film starring just him.”

While talking about Saba Qamar’s role, director Wajatat Rauf revealed,

“She will be essaying the role of an urban girl in the movie and, just like Ayesha Omar’s character in the original film, her character will also go through a transformation,”

While talking about the film, actor/writer Yasir Hussain revealed,

“This will be more of a romantic-comedy and will follow the adventures of a young couple set right after the events of Karachi Se Lahore.”

While talking about the film, actress Saba Qamar revealed,

“This film will be fare better than Karachi Se Lahore. Any issues that existed in that movie will not be present here.”

The shoot of the film is expected to start from March and the film is scheduled to release by the end of this year.
